Why language selection is explicit
Choosing Urdu or English before transcription avoids an extra language-detection step and gives the speech recognizer a clearer hint. Automatic detection can be evaluated later if evidence shows it is necessary.
Why translation comes second
Speech recognition and translation are separate jobs. The transcript stays editable so names, numbers and wording can be corrected before any translation request is sent.
